ORDERING

All order inquiries must go through the order form on our website.

A submitted order form does not confirm your order. An order is confirmed when you have paid the non-refundable $25 deposit to hold your order date as stated on your invoice. The $25 deposit will be deducted from your total order cost. All deposits are due within 24 hours of receiving your order invoice. Remaining balance is due by the date stated on your invoice.

​All custom cake orders are custom designed and will be made as close as possible to any inspiration photos received. However, I do not copy others work exactly and work to make every cake a unique creation to match your vision.

Any requested changes made to the original design after an invoice is sent may require additional fees. 

​

I will do my very best to match all colors sent in inspiration photos. Photos are often edited and can make matching colors to the exact shade a little more difficult.

 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

The currently accepted forms of payment include: Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Cash is also accepted. For cash deposits it will need to be dropped off within 48 hours of an invoice being sent & a drop off time will need to be scheduled. For balances it will need to be dropped off 7 days prior to pick up or delivery date & a drop off time will need to be scheduled.

RUSH FEE

If the date is available & I am able to accommodate the order, orders placed within two weeks’ notice or less are subject to a rush fee.

PICK-UP AND DELIVERY

All orders being picked up are curbside pickup only. I will bring your order right to you. Once an order is picked up or delivery has been made, Cake to Crumb Sweets is no longer responsible for any incidents that may occur once the order leaves my care. Please follow the cake care instructions attached to your cake to ensure it stays safe.

LATE FEE

 To ensure everyone has a smooth & fast pick up process each person is designated a specific time slot. Time slots are scheduled around delivery times & other pick up times. Please arrive on time to avoid a late fee. I do have a 15 minute grace period. After the grace period a 20$ late fee is applied to the total cost of your order. I do understand life happens so I just ask that you please contact me via text or email to set up another time if you cannot make the designated time slot agreed upon.

 

ORDER CANCELATIONS AND CHANGES

Changes to your order must be made before the due date stated on your invoice. An order can be cancelled before the due date stated on your invoice, however if an order is canceled for any reason the deposit fee is nonrefundable. Please note this is due to any preparations or items already purchased for your order & for bookings not accepted due to limited availability. 

 

REFUNDS

Cake to Crumb Sweets has a no refund policy. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me via text or email Caketocrumbsweets@gmail.com & I will make reasonable efforts to satisfy the situation. If for some reason I find a refund is in order it will be based on an individual bases.
